Eligibility is determined by many factors which may include proof of income, prior enrollment, property eligibility, and/or program guidelines.

This is achieved through services that may include weather-proofing, attic insulation, appliance replacement, utility discounts, and learning how to develop energy-saving habits. All of which save electricity, water, gas, and most importantly – money.

Who Can Qualify?
Qualification is based on household size and income. However, everyone should apply, it takes less than a minute to find out. Those that are on a fixed income (like social security) or receive government assistance, such as Medi-Cal, WIC, Food Stamps, and SSI are encouraged to apply!
What Can I Potentially Receive?
The services you receive are based on the overall layout of the home, which utility companies you have an account with, how your home is heated, age and condition of appliances, etc. Our goal is to provide everything possible; from weather-proofing your home to replacing major appliances!
