Great Customer Service!

EASE was highly recommended to us by a neighbor. Our AC was not working properly so we contacted them to figure out the issue. Joseph was our technician and he did a great job! He was on time and went right to work. He was very friendly and figured out the problem quickly. Our AC works great now! The price was more than fair. The customer service was the highlight of the job and we will definitely be recommending Joseph and EASE to all of our friends and family.

Rick was so responsive when I called with our weird noise situation and Joseph was absolutely amazing when he checked everything out. While, in the end, it did not explain these strange night time noises we are hearing we now know our systems are in top notch condition and when we eventually do need HVAC help EASE is who we will call. Bravo Rick and Joseph!!!

Arranging the A/C service was a pleasure! Every attempt was made to accommodate my schedule. Joseph, the technician, arrived on time, was totally knowledgeable and was honest with me. His work was commendable and the service fee was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend EASE of CA and will definitely keep their number close by!

Ease California sent Joseph out to tune up my AC for summer they had a great deal on a flyer I received in the mail. He was very nice and pleasant. Because I was curious and asked he took the time to show me what he was doing and educated me on how to make sure my AC is running efficiently. One piece of advice was to be sure to change your homes filters 1-3 months depending on how much you use your system. He said that can help with longevity. I appreciate that he took the time to educate me because I know nothing about AC units. I’d gladly call Ease in the future for my AC help!
