Living Smart & Energy-Efficient Home

NO-COST ENERGY SAVINGS

EASE specializes in providing energy-efficient home improvements to income-qualified homes. By taking advantage of the rate-payer funded programs and rebates, we can provide energy-efficient services to your home at no cost.

Your utility company is mandated by the Public Utilities Commission to provide assistance to those that qualify. We’ll leverage these programs to ensure your household is happy, healthy, safe, and efficient!

Eligibility is determined by many factors which may include proof of income, prior enrollment, property eligibility, and/or program guidelines.

These programs are designed to improve health, safety, and quality of living. This is achieved through services that may include weather-proofing, attic insulation, appliance replacement, utility discounts, and learning how to develop energy-saving habits. All of which save electricity, water, gas, and most importantly – money. It only takes a few minutes to get started.

Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled a list of the most common questions our customers are asking. Of course, we can’t answer every single question so our customer support specialists are available for you Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. You can also leave a question in the contact box below and we can get back to you within 24 hours.

We understand the headache of applying to so many programs and waiting to see if you qualify. We’ve made the process easy for you to get a response faster and bypassing the 30+ days wait time. We’ll get you taken care of right away!

Everyone pays a tax/surcharge on their utility bills. By taking advantage of some of the available programs & rebates in your area, it’s like getting a tax refund for an energy-efficient home!

Both renters and homeowners can apply! Landlords and property management companies love that we can help keep maintenance costs low and reduce water usage (especially if they pay for it). Everyone has an opportunity to save money and energy for their home.

Qualification is based on household size and income. However, everyone should apply, it takes less than a minute to find out. Those that are on a fixed income (like social security) or receive government assistance, such as Medi-Cal, WIC, Food Stamps, and SSI are encouraged to apply!

The services you receive are based on the overall layout of the home, which utility companies you have an account with, how your home is heated, age and condition of appliances, etc. Our goal is to provide everything possible; from weather-proofing your home to replacing major appliances!
